Twisty Drops Lampwork Earrings, Bright Yellow

These gorgeous sterling silver earrings feature a pair of my own hand crafted lampwork glass beads, spiral headpins, and hammered ear wires.

For these beads I first melted layers of glass together and pulled that into a twisty cane, wound the twisty around a bright yellow base, then encased in clear to magnify the patterns and colors. After being cleaned and annealed for added strength and durability, I wire the beads into place using a spiral wrap to match the spiral base of the headpins.

All metal components in these earrings are hand made by me from 100% sterling silver. The ear wires are made using 20 gauge sterling wire and have been hammered for strength.
