Grounding Necklace, Blue & Orange

I designed this necklace to be a tool to aid with mindfulness. Both sides of the bead in this pendant are indented like a worry stone, so when stressed, anxious, or unfocused you can run your fingers over the indents and use the tactile nature of the pendant to help you focus on feeling more grounded and centered. Works especially well when combined with mindful breathing techniques.

For this focal blue, orange, and yellow flow together across a white base. It is paired with a dark blue accent bead, solid sterling silver components and chain w/lobster clasp.
