Grounding Necklace, Purple Swirl

I designed this necklace to be a tool to aid with mindfulness. Both sides of the bead in this pendant are indented like a worry stone, so when stressed, anxious, or unfocused you can run your fingers over the indents and use the tactile nature of the pendant to help you focus on feeling more grounded and centered. Works especially well when combined with mindful breathing techniques.

For this focal a dark transparent purple was swirled over a white base. It is paired with a dark purple accent bead, solid sterling silver components and chain w/lobster clasp.
